Hi Doctor Tania, I am Manpreet kaur, I am getting calls from your patients today.According to them My number is almost similar to yours. Actually I work overnights and daytime is my sleeping time, As I was getting calls again and again, I picked and answered few calls and told them that the number doesnt belong to a doctor. I tried asking few people about your clinic information so that we can communicate through call however there was long waiting times, Hence I prefer to post a review on website so you and your team can make changes so that everything can go smoothly in everybodys life. The reception service is horrible they never answer the phone or return calls never helpful the only receptionist who is really helpful is mandeep she tries her best to meet your needs the others when it's no it's no doctor Tania is very nice but the receptionist creates a bad reflection on the client they have no hospitality or etiquette whatsoever they need proper training

I have been visiting Dr. Taniya for 2+ years. She is amazing, knowledgeable and very polite. Not only Dr is great but her Receptionist name Mandeep she is super nice, Customer oriented, and the helpful. Whenever I visit clinic I come back home withe great experience and service. Kudos to the Team. Highly recommend!!
