I have been there patient from long, Dr. Warraich himself is good but the administration staff is not at all professional, during my pregnancy I went through few blood work and after discussing my blood work report with my doctor on virtual appointment I requested for my report on email to which doctor said she will ask the admin staff to do so and after waited for few days I walk in the clinic to get my report and the manager started asking to send them pay to do so. I have never heard of any clinic asking this so after requesting the reason the manager replied because the clinic will use its PAPER to share the report therefore they need us to pay. My intention was the Ontario health is already paying the clinics to give their services which people are covered under Ohip but the manager refused to provide services. This is unacceptable, doctors should follow up on this as their work is towards a good cause for humanity to which they are getting paid by government. The managers like this have no value towards humanity and the associated line they are working towards. People who walk in are patients, there is a health related cause that why they genuinely seeing doctor (not a pass time activity) people are already going through some issues who are away from their families but still managing themselves in this tough situations and over this these managers have created a business.

The absolute worst family doctor you can ever go to. Save your time and dont come here. The front desk people are always rude, you book an appointment for 10am and you dont get seen until 1pm, its happened 4-5 times already, unless youre dying dont come here unless youre ready to sacrifice half of your day. On top of it, its all Indians who barely speak English and treat you differently if youre not brown.

The doctors are super nice and informed, but that is if you get past the receptionist. One of the rudest/ill-mannered individual, especially the so-called "manager"/older gentleman. Hope he learns some customer service and decency on how to deal with sick patients.

Focusing solely on the admin side, have to say that the reception/front desk staff really lacks in customer service. My personal experience with the male person manning the desk is that he routinely hangs up on us, is condescending, and is rarely willing to help the patient out. More than once I have called to either get a document signed or request them to pull up my medical records. EACH time he has insisted that you come into the clinic and then we will tell you if we have this info. I made that mistake once, wasted fuel and my precious time and they werent able to help after all. Last week called to inquire about immunization records and was told we dont have time to give you this info on the phone please come in person and then we will see if we can help you. Spare me The admin staff will be the reason i will change my family physician from Dr. Husseinis if it comes down to it.
