Clarity Eye

My mother had an appointment with Dr. Freund today. She has been experiencing progressive eye issues over the past 4 years. Dr. Freund was extremely impatient and showed 0 compassion while she was trying to explain her symptoms and basically said since she was 60 years old she is a lost cause and a wash out. She was intimidated by him during one of the tests and he basically dismissed her. She saw another specialist at the Vaughan location in 2020 and basically received similar type treatment. It is absolutely disgusting that you can treat someone seeking medical help with such disrespect and dont try to take the time to understand what patients have experienced. I cant believe this place is still operating. Based on the reviews Ive read, im not the only one disappointed in their level of service and common decency. Absolutely appalled.

Clarity eye institute is the best clinic.i get an appointment in 2 days. Once I get in the office .Navneet walk me in and out like a charm. I will recommend anyone to go there...

I have been waiting for my appointment for the last 5 months. If you email them, their replies are so rude. They dont respect peoples eye health or concerns. Very disappointing.

Brought my uncle here. the wait times are ridiculous here. He had a 9:55am appt got taken in early, waited and hr just to do extra test. Finish around noon. 2 hrs is just a ridiculous wait time. organization is not good at all.
