We had Peter and Fernando at our home to replace all the devices on our main floor. They also helped us with installing a bathroom fan and kitchen hood range. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, including the copper aluminum pig-tailing. This gave us piece of mind. We would highly recommend Insight Electric. I had Insight upgrade my old fuse box to a much safer breaker panel and am 100% satisfied with the service I received. When I first got in touch about upgrading my panel, the master electrician came to my home and did a full assessment of the current state of the wiring and fixtures and gave me a few options to consider. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I felt like I was in good hands. They were communicative throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions promptly, responding to emails and answering phone calls in under 24 hours. The day of, they showed up on time and worked efficiently and updated us periodically about the work they were doing. After the service was complete, they did a thorough check throughout my home to make sure everything was working well and successfully troubleshooting whatever issues came up. They really want you to be confident in their work, and we certainly were. I'm so happy to have found a reliable electrician service and I won't hesitate to call them back for future work.
