Worst experience.. i even booked appointment but still I had to wait so long really disappointed

Cant accept patients at 2pm because walk in are full. There were just 2 patients sitting in the waiting area. Hopeless healthcare system. At 6 they cant accept patients where should a patient go?

The staff is amazing, the doctors are super thorough. The wait time is nor too long, considering other walk in s ivebeen to.

Had the worst experience for a walk in clinic and I will never come back again. I was so upset I left after waiting 2.5 hours. They keep telling you your after a couple of people then you see people who registered for walk in and hour later go in before you. Makes no sense! I was so upset when I asked again that I said remove me off Im leaving. Wont ever go to this place again.

Today, I was at the CLINIC again for Blood work. I waited just under two hours. I cannot go through this again. An older patient (like me) came in after me for blood work and his doctor saw him there in the general reception area and acknowledged him and he got taken to the lab 30 minutes before me. I have seen this male doctor do this time and time again when he sees his patients waiting he brings them ahead of the queue. Next time I will go to a regular LAB for my blood work where they don't have this queue jumping. I realize they were super busy today with the potential airline staff being tested but the system they have in place or should I say lack of a system is just not fair. However, this is not the fault of the reception staff or the nurses and they are wonderful. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and to wait this long for blood work when sometimes you are fasting is not acceptable. Even though another lab won't be so convenient for me I will have to go elsewhere. Update: I made an appointment at Lifelabs for my blood work and was seen at my scheduled time.
