Dr.Rohit Nagpal is our family doctor since 2005-2006. He is very good and caring doctor., he listens the problem carefully, do the checkup deeply and reacts fast to book Specilaist appointments even takes initiative to call right-way the specialist office to book the appointment and this make him so special, staff is also very gentle and caring, Deepti is one of them very nice, cooperative and experienced. We feel lucky to have such a nice family doctor. Yes his Working hours are litte weird but we understand he also have to serve in hospital as well.

THE WORST STAFF! Dr. Nagpal is my family doctor and I havent been to his office for a check up for more than a year now. However, my ear was having some slight pain so I called his office. The lady picked up and said because I havent been coming in for a regular check up they cant get me an appointment nor get a phone call with the doctor. It was surprising to see how a office that I have my file with, that my whole family goes to, is denying me the service. The front desk lady was extremely rude and impatient. Right when I told her my name and she found out that Im not a regular, her tone changed and started attacking me. Like there is a reason why I dont want to come to this place for a regular check up. The staff is horrible. Dr. Nagpal if you do read this, please look into this.

Worst doctor in the city of Brampton. Sadly, he's my family doctor. 1) they wipe out your name from their system if you don't visit the clinic atleast every six month to a year. My last visit to him was in early 2019 for physical. Now, when I'd called to book my physical, I was not in their system; whereas, my entire family is (parents are elderly, and sibling and their kids visit the clinic once a year). I HAVEN'T HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE SINCE THE BEGINNING, hence, I don't visit him often. Prefer going to a walk-in near my house (Doctor there is really good) 2) You've to book an appointment for every damn thing. Dr. Nagpal rushes through everything. Guess the more patients he sees in a day, the more money he makes. He has no time for you at all. ANOTHER REASON why I prefer going to a walk-in (Dr. actually takes time to listen to all your concerns) 3) The clinic is open at odd hours and only during the week. Which means, those who work Monday to Friday have to take time off to see him. I would suggest to have a visiting doctor during the weekend for those in need. But then Dr. Nagpal loses on the profit which I don't think he'll like. Lol. 4) They never answer their phone every when the clinic is open nor they return your call if you leave a voicemail. Sadly, there's no email either. They have to step-up their game and atleast have an email address (for booking appointments and general inquiries) which is monitored by someone (perhaps working remotely) on minimum wage. Again, then Dr. Nagpal loses on the profit. Lol. 5) The front-desk staff is not co-operative or courteous. They never smile as if they all are always stresses out. This doesn't give a good impression neither of them nor of the doctor. 6) Be prepared to wait for hours even if you have an appointment. To summarize everything written above, this Dr. is not someone you can rely on. Better look for another doctor.
