The positive reviews they have are probably from family or friends because my experience with them is totally different. For more than a year, I have been seeking help from them for my dad's oath but haven't received any. They have not even given me a valid update or a reason for the late procedure. When I seeked help from them, they told me that I'm not from their area even though I voted for her and tried telling them that I belonged to their area. Every time when I visited them or called them, they always told me that there is no update, and I could see online by myself on gckey. I'm very disappointed by them.

I called them regarding an iquiry, receptionist told they cant help people from other parts of brampton. Very disappointing
