Unprofessional brokers lack of communication and charge extra additional fees take my advise run and find different insurance you will thank me later.

Lack of communication these people will charge you 3% fee for paying by card and wont even tell these charges will be applied on your transaction , when asked what are these charges they will give you attitude its like you committed a crime by asking food quality is well below of level of their attitude. There are 15 Punjabi sweet shop in the area Wont visit again ,think twice before going there .

I have been with this broker for several years. Ive never encountered Pawanjit before but if I did, I wouldve left this broker a long time ago. She was very rude and unkind to deal with. I would never recommend someone to use this broker. If youre going to hire people, at least train them on basic customer service skills. She could not even clarify if there was anything outstanding with the insurance company, all her responses were I think, I dont know. I had to speak to Wawanesa directly which was more helpful. Pawanjit was just horrible!!
