Honestly slowest company ever, 1.5 hours for a box of tiles and a box of glue, I could have walked the entire warehouse twice to find the products. Unacceptable wish there was 0 ratings. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to, trust me you'll thank me.

Amazing company. Great product selection. Got all the selections that I am looking for my in soon-to-do renovation.

Engineered hardwood is expensive and warranty is important. Within months of installation the colour started coming off. Just about every plank has one end or plank sides turning white. GE Shnier rep came out and stated manufacture was fine but homeowner must have somehow wrecked the floor. Didn't offer any proof to support conclusion. Independent accredited flooring inspector report, at a cost of $525.00, my expense, detailed failure not caused by homeowner but was due to manufacturing problem. His conclusions were fully documented. While GE Shnier has not disputed the report they prefer to ignore it. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau also and that has now concluded with GE Shnier denying warranty because the floor retailer was responsible for inspecting each plank prior to installation. Flaws not visible at time of install but it appears flawed flooring must have been shipped and because it was installed there is no warranty. The 25 year manufacturer's warranty appears to be an illusion once flooring installed. Company response included. Flooring needs to be replaced but will not be purchasing from this company. Over $20,000 down the drain.

I've been going here for 10yrs and they used to be prompt and fast and very service oriented.. everything seemed to turn around in the last 2 months or so they are absolutely horrible to deal with now. You can call in or email or anything to try speed things up. Nothing works. I expressed my concerns to a higher up gentleman after waiting 1.5hrs and he had everyone else to blame and that i wasn't helping the situation. . Totally disappointed
