        I purchased a TV mount. The sales person Nicolette was extremely helpful. I brought the product home and opened it. the hardware was missing to complete the installation. It clearly stated on the box and the guide the hardware was included. I contacted customer service. I was asked to send emails of the manual to show what hardware was missing. I sent 3 emails and each time I was told the emails were not received. I was then told by the customer service representative if the box was not tampered with its "IMPOSSIBLE" for hardware to be missing. I could not believe the rudeness. I brought the item and receipt back and received a refund. Customer service was awful
