Lets take it from the beginning. Sales people are amazing and good at their job SALES! Once you have paid and step out of their door , you are no one to them because now its the delivery guys and their dept. I have literally called after half an hour to ask another question after paying and I was taken aback by the rude tone ! Maintaince ? After service ? Damaged furniture ? Parts missing ? These guys will give you a stone hard face once they get the money. I have parts missing from my bed delivery and I have called minimum 10 times with no one giving me a straight answer ! Half the time the person on the phone says the concerned authorities are not there in store . Wasted 1100 dollar on a broken bed with no refund or return
