If I could give a zero here, I would! They were very sweet when we went there for the first time. They promised to deliver our exact expectation. We told them so many times to write down what we want as we wanted custom built. They promised us again that it will be the same as we described. At the day of delivery, They cancelled it giving us silliest reasons. They wanted my husband to help unload the furniture even though we mentioned that he had back pain. Then they re-scheduled it, when we got the delivery, They were not able to take it to the first floor as they promised us no matter what, they would. The color of the bed headset and design was totally different than what we ordered. After calling them million times everyday, We got no sensible respond back. They told us that we have to pay additional $ 250 to get the bed unassembled, take it upstairs and assemble again. We did not agreed to it but after getting no answer, We had to go with this option so we paid the extra money. They were very rude and unprofessional so please go somewhere else and save your money. You wont get any reply from them incase if they mess up(Definitely they will)!!!!!!

I am still waiting for my chair cushions, I received my couch set with the wrong seat cushions. I called and they said it was on its way, I didnt hear from them again .. so ai called back. Now they say there working on other orders. I Keep calling and no one picks up the phone. This is the worst customer service, I dont understand how you can treat people like this. No one had the decency to call me and apologize for the delay. I paid $ 3,000.00 for my furniture Im still waiting.. I will do a follow up as to what happened.
