Lucky and his brother run an exceptional business. I moved to a condo in downtown and A1 Furniture Gallery custom made my couch. They made the couch with the exact measurements given to them. I was able to pick the material and density of the couch to my specific liking. They also made a custom made ottoman with the exact material of the couch to match it completely. A1 Furniture Gallery made my custom couch within 4 weeks time and to add to their 5 star customer service, they delivered my couch to my downtown condo. The delivery guys even assembled the couch in my condo making it a completely seamless process. I would highly recommend A1 Furniture Gallery! I will be getting all my custom furniture from them. There is absolutely nothing I would change with their process, they give exceptional customer service with constant updates and communication.

I purchased my sofa from one of the owners (male) in 2019. He provided us with great customer service. I purchased a L shape sofa and I loved the look and quality upon delivery. I suggested the business to many of my friends and family who we're also looking for a sofa at the time. I went back after three years to purchase a sofa for my parents and the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The person happened to be the second owner. I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful he was to my parents and I. We left immediately. Definitely will never return and of course not recommended this business to anyone I care about.

Amazing service by excellent team,what I had in my mind according to measurement of coustom sofa they made professionally above beyond my expectations,thanks for all team ....who ever like quality work and quality materials must visit ....as according my experience I give them 10 out of 10 ......
