The staff here are always friendly, going above & beyond to help out their customers. Once, I was in a bind & needed some sturdy boxes to use for moving. Nelson made sure some were set aside for me during their afternoon unpacking. Some of the team members even helped me bring them to my car. They really took care of my needs, even though I wasn't there to buy groceries that day. Wonderful team.

This Fortino's is super busy. The bakery counter is impossible on the weekend due to the wait. Despite this the store is always clean and pretty well stocked considering the heavy traffic. So why two star? I frequently have to return poultry for it going off prior to expiration date. May 20 I exchanged chicken wings that expired 2 days prior to the exp date. I got a new tray of wings no problem. I went straight home with the tray of chicken and opened it and it was off. This was on May 20 and the printed exp date was May 24. They may want to evaluate their refrigeration and how they handle the meat product. Before someone blames my refrigeration I usually buy meat product from Costco and never have this problem. I gave two stars as they never give a hard time to exchange even without a receipt and it is still a good store for produce and dry goods.
