Normally a google review about a product is when you use it. But I review it based on how they treat a prospect once they approach a store or a person to buy anything. Thats where you decide whether to buy or not. Not all the shops you enter you end up buying something but you always remember how that shop people treated you or spoke to you. So if you like it, though you may not have bought at that time you still go back later and make sure you buy from them only. That is the response of a customer service. It is all about attitude. This man whom I spoke is the most mannerless and arrogant fellow I ever spoke. I just called to enquire to buy a Home theatre for my Home Office so I mentioned I am calling from my company and politely asked him Can I talk to you for 2 minutes just like the way my approach was with utmost respect, he was just the opposite of utmost respect, mannerless, full of attitude. I thank him in a way that he showed his true colors before I bought the product, what would have been his treatment if he would have got my money. NEVER EVER I WOULD BUY FROM SUCH ARROGANT PERSON, WHO DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TREAT A PERSON. PLEASE BEFORE YOU do business learn something called Basic Etiquette.
