        I hed appointment twice still they dont know what theyre doing. Theyre not send any report to my family doctor. Now they make another appointment for 3rd visit And I am not going again there.

        i do not recommend, they dont pick up their phones, they are rude. worst customer service ever, and receptionist is way too ugly to be giving so much attitude to anyone lol

        Just horrible experience. They don't care about patients. Both receptionists: Shivani and Manoj are extremely rude. After waiting for 3 months for an appointment., got to know from osler that these folks didn't even send the referral. It happened earlier as well 2 months back with another referral. When asked about it, they say it's not our problem and they refuse to sort the issue out and are extremely rude. Just looking at the other reviews from other people here., looks like everybody had the same horrible experience with these guys. Hope this helps out other people who are considering visiting them.
