They just replaced my 30 year old HRV system by Life Breath that finally gave up and install a brand new one. They were very methodical and timely in providing me with a quote, turned out they are also a cost competitive compared to other distributors, and finally they kept me informed to when installation will take place as new unit had to be ordered from manufacturer. They showed at scheduled date/time and completed installation within few hours, tested the system and cleaned the place afterwards. I contacted Prime Heating and Cooling as I needed my fresh air unit to be moved for a construction project. Since then I have had them back to install a humidifier and a soft water and filtration system. I have only compliments for Savy and the gentleman who works with him. From my first interaction with Savy, he has been professional, and very easy to work with. The services he has completed for us have been well priced and the work completed is very professionally done. We have asked Savy to quote us for an air conditioner and some electrical work in the near future because we feel his work is amazing, and his pricing is fair.
