I purchased the airconditioning system from JCJ six years ago. It has been installed and worked fine so far. I found out however that it wouldn't work recently and called John. He was very busy but in spite of that tried navigating me as to what I should. Then, he told me that his engineer couldn't come but immediately referred to me someone else. Above all, he responded to my urgent request. John has helped me so many times before on the phone for free and saved me so much money. He is professional, fast and knowledgeable. It would be a mistake not to choose this company.

Called and had a few questions about my problems thought I needed a new furnace. They came out and 28 dollar part and service charge less than 150 dollars my furnace after 6 weeks still running normal!! Thanks guys

Extremely rude and unhelpful guy. No customer service skills/manners what so ever. I called to buy a heating/air conditioning motor for my condo and the guy asked me if it was a motor or capacitor that's broken. I said I didn't know and he simply told me that "I shouldn't have called him" Unbelievable!!!! Would not recommend to anyone. I don't even want to give them 1 star but it doesn't allow me to post my review without it so I had to.

JCJ Mechanical provided great service, i love their customer service i spoke to friendly people on the phone i made an appointment for them to inspect what was going on what i needed and we went from there few days later John came back and fixed my furnace which needed to be fixed asap. prices were great and reasonable and i obtained a lot of knowledge as far as how centeral air works/ heat and how the whole furnace thing works. Very happy with everything.
