        to my utmost disgust, seeing a decent repair company with very nice individuals and there reputation ruined by one individual. cussing at your customers and blaming them for stupid things really sheds light on the teams internal management. i would insist you grow up and treat work not personally but as business. I would recommend Radwell international repairs. Please don't email me with any apology or waste my time because you have done enough. All the best, your customers will learn fast about your behaviour.

        I Just want to say thank you for your honest service , I took a servo drive to repair and they return it and told me nothing worng with the drive , which is true , after I install the drive on my machine I troubleshoot and found the problem. I want say a hugh thank you to Scott and Vlad for their friendly service.
