        We recently bought an insurance plan from The Co-operators for my car and house. We were a bit confused and worried about not making a wrong decision & then regretting it. Fortunately, Mrs. Dhara Desai was our insurance advisor and we are extremely pleased with her services and support. she is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. she guided us patiently. she was always available for any clarification/details.         Worst Customer Service. Employee Named Ruth Mare acts unprofessionally, shares personal information putting someone's life at risk, have some conflict of interest and more over upon cancellation of policy they put wrong code on your file history which makes your future insurance company be suspicious about your history. Complete unprofessional staff. Ruth denied to provide my insurance information to me.
