*****5 Years since my last review. Been with CCV for many, many years, and I still love dealing with our advisor, Maura Botelho, for my personal insurance needs. She is so helpful with answering any questions I have, takes the time to clearly explain, and is always there when I can't find a copy of my policy. (I know file it, but then I don't remember where exactly I filed it!) Maura resends it with kindness. Thanks Maura for being there and for not laughing too hard when I ask. **Dealing with Maura Botelho was simple, clear and concise. She was polite and friendly. Helped make things go smoothly between broker and our insurance company. Thanks Maura. **Ewa Lewandowski was a great help today with our home insurance. Helped us clarify our paperwork, correct an error and update it with the correct information. Great customer service and she was so easy to work with - very kind. Thank you Ewa for all your help!
