I have bought and sold 4 homes in Canada over the span of about 28 years and selling my last home was the easiest transaction using Aviron Law to do the closing. Dilver and his assistant were spot on with everything. The communication via email or a phone call was prompt and courteous. A few days before closing on the sale on my home Dilver called and explained the entire process with me and my wife via teleconferencing. He was thorough and very polite and courteous. This was the easiest and stress free real estate transaction I have ever done and the cost was very competitive compared to larger Law firms in Brampton.
