Sarah was quick to respond to my email on a Saturday evening, and also took my call and explained my options in detail. Really helpful and knowledgeable and great to have on your side! Update: We went ahead and retained her as the landlord filed an application for eviction. The advice given by Sarah early on before things got messy really helped as we were able to gather important evidence which helped us win the case in the end. Looking back, it was a great decision to retain her as this was my first time getting into a legal proceeding against ill-intended opponents and Sarah helped us prepare really well, gather solid evidence and be ready to defend our case. She also represented us very well during the hearing. She was very articulate, asked the right questions and had excellent and convincing concluding remarks. Well done and Thank you Sarah!
