I would like to give zero for their customer service. The attitude of the receptionist is unacceptable. She needs to work on it. She has no sense of how to talk to the person. If she is on her phone working with another customer, she should help her first. She was not listening to me completely. Apart from this, adding please, thank you, gestures like this will help her in dealing with customers. But I couldnt find such gestures in her. I think this is important if you are working as receptionist. Moreover, it ruins the customers mood as well. Guys you need to work on it.

You must need to order orthotics and you can't just get check up as they don't get $500. Insurance must regulate these businesses. Don't recommend.
