Terrible experience by a family member who is disabled, he informed the staff of not being able to transfer from a wheelchair on his own for the ultrasound. There was no mention that he couldn't be helped and went for the appt only to be told that he can't have the ultrasound due to not being able to transfer. Took a wheelchair van for 100+ $ and is now out of pocket for that . Being on LTD that's a lot of $ to just throw away. This person has issues with circulation and needs the ultrasound urgently, lets see if it is booked at the hospital like it's supposed to and how quickly it will be done.

I took my father for vascular test. okay place .. would have given more rating had the technician been little considerate towards us .. me having difficulty with a senior.. they are more mechanical

I did my 2 ultrasound. Both Technicians were very knowledgeable today i have oppintment with surgeon. Lets see how it goes
