This company is not running a business .. it is running a SCAM .. My doctor said the test is covered by OHIP which is why we said okay .. but now we received an invoice for the test stating that the test is not covered by OHIP .. why did they not cancel the test if its not covered by OHIP .. and why send me invoice, we never agreed to this expense .. I called their office, they were rude .. told us this is normal practice and they cannot do anything about this .. Also, its the doctor who sent them sample for testing .. so send invoice to the doctor .. Better stay away from these SCAMMERS

NO STARS but couldn't post until I put one.HORRIBLE COMPANY. Over a year ago when I tried to register they wanted my visa # which I gave. Then they wanted my bank account # and password. That is when I stopped anything further. Last week I received a notice that my membership will be automatically renewed. No response from anybody when I email them. Calling on the phone is another joke. On hold for over 30 minutes and still not able to speak to anyone , then line was disconnected. Waste of time.They also charge for services. Dynacare is owned by an American company called Lab Corp. Don't want anything to do with an organization that seems really shady like they are. Life Labs is great, they don't charge and I highly recommend them.

Very poor service. Booked home visit twice for my father and on both occasions they failed to send the technician for blood collection even after booking it well in advance of one week and sending them repeated reminders.

This company is processing obligatory covid testing at arrival to Canada. They are loosing samples, having huge delays in providing test results, hanging up on your calls. Just google hundreds of bad reviews. Same happens to me. It's ridiculous how incompetent the company selected by the government for obligatory testing of travellers is. As a result many of those arriving to Canada have to quarantine for 14 days even if they aren't infected.
