Very Unprofessional supervisor is so aggressive. Donot know how to handle customers / Patients. there reports are always different from the other labs. when i talked to supervisor she is very rude. instead to take the responsibility she said talk to the machine guy where the send my sample.

Great! I got excellent service from staff. They are very helpful and good. Even the wait time is acceptable. Well DONA is one of the employee assisted me , she is very well in her job and nice being. Thank you so much Dynacare

The staff at this location are RUDE. I had to wait 1 hour for a 2 minute blood work because their was only 1 person doing it when I had 15 people ahead of me. They dont respect the patients their very mouthy and they talk back. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Thats why it deserves a 1 star. I choose to come to this location because its closer to home or else I wouldve gone to the heartland location where the staff their are much politer.please teach the staff some manners.
