DO NOT HIRE AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY OVERRATED & UNRELIABLE. Horrible experience. Just a FYI, if your event is whenever it is, make sure to put your order in 2-4 weeks before. Unless you want the hassle of their Chinese stitcher - who is local - fixing your suit the night before your wedding.

I purchased a suit from SOOTZ for my engagement event and all I have to say is working with the team here to customize my outfit was a smooth process. The team is very easy to work with and put the client first. I lost 20 pounds from the initial fitting and the team re-adjusted my suit to ensure it was a perfect fit! They also went above and beyond to have any alterations done within a few hours as they knew it was time sensitive! The team was also very responsive with their phone even when out of town and ensured a smooth experience. The material used was of high quality and I received lots of positive comments in relation to the fit and the design! Thank you to the team for all your help and cant wait to see you guys again soon!

SOOTZ: Custom Bespoke Tailor made sure I was satisfied with everything through the entire process! I came out looking and feeling confident of my choice after receiving the final product to wear while attending my friend's wedding. I'll definitely be returning!

TERRIBLE place - they promised wed receive my partners suit 3 days before our event. We called from the day we were told the suit would arrive to the day of the event. They kept telling us itll come soon. Morning of the event, we still didnt have the suit and we lost the deposit on a photoshoot we had booked ahead of the event because my partner didnt have an outfit (which they were aware of). Mind you, we had paid a rush fee to get this delivered on time. If the timelines werent workable, we should have been advised that from the beginning instead of wasting our time and leaving us to find a suit last minute. On top of the delays, the customer service was horrendous. They tried telling us that we misunderstood the day the suit would have gotten to us and refused to do anything to resolve the situation or make it a better experience. Would not recommend this for people undergoing the stress of wedding planning/coordination, this place will only make it worse.
