I've been struggling with pain in my left rib for quite a while with frequent flair ups. Pankaj did a great job identifying the issue and followed it up with an extremely functional workout routine. What I loved was the personal attention and proper One-on-One sessions. Thanks so much Pankaj!!

It was my first winter in Canada and I got injured somewhere between the neck and the left shoulder. The pain was so intense that no amount of medicines or OTC ointments were working and I could not move my head to the left for over a week. But thankfully just a couple of days before my first day of work I had a session with Pankaj whose excellent massage and basic exercises made me better almost overnight. I am grateful that I met him at the right time or else I would have been unable to do my work trainings. I highly recommend him.

One of the best service available, the owner Mr. Pankaj is very helpful, will give you time to understand my pain. He uses hand base treatment rather than other clinic were they use less hand and more machines. More effects in less visit. Keep it up for your good work and thanx.
