Physiotherapy Fix

Entire Management- CEO Daughter- team is rude,. Don't go to any locations- they are unclean, and treat people with no respect. They need to be reported to Labour Board & Ethics, for how they treat people. Advise others dont go there, so many other good places out there. This place needs to be shut down.

All locations have poor customer service. All staff are in unprofessional, the CEO to Management has no knowledge regarding running a business and dealing with people. There are rats and roaches in the Brampton location and Weston Rd. I went in as a walk in and someone mention bed-bugs were found in one of their locations. Be aware for your safety. Do not go to any of these clinics.

Called me, when I had ARRIVED for my appointment, to tell me the therapist who was to do my massage is not available. Did not call me the day before or hours before my appointment to even give me the opportunity to not waste my time, gas, and hiring my babysitter. My appointment was booked a week in advance. This was my first (and definitely my last) time booking with this incompetent company. They tried to say they called me the day before, the receptionist went through my phone to try to find her call- never found it! My doctor, who recommended this place, has also agreed to stop sharing this company's info as she does not want their incampability negatively effecting her reputation.
