I cannot recommend Rod at Redpath highly enough. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the market and in explaining things. He then went above and beyond to close our financing on time, which was a challenge given our multi jurisdiction situation. He was also empathetic and understanding and worked with us as people, not just clients.

I would not work with anyone else. Rod took the time to walk us through the process, market and he made himself available regularly. It also doesn't hurt that he's so easy to get on with.
