        Made me wait for 3hours simply during my visit. And in the application they spelt my name wrong (my name was literally mentioned in all 7-8documents which I had given to them), due to which I got my first cheque from CRA with wrong spelling (even though I had called CRA, wasted 3hours with them to change my spelling), and because of that all the cheques I am depositing now have been put on hold for 5business days such a disaster!!!
