Mahil Optometry

I have been seeing Senior Dr. Mahil since I have been very young as has my entire family. We all come here. I don't see her anymore, but do see Dr. Simi Mahal. Simi is a fantastic Dr., very well knowledgeable in her profession, very articulate and very, very reassuring. She doesn't rush you, and I always leave satisfied knowing my kids and myself are being looked after well. Shout-out to Dolly as well. Great person, knowledgeable, kind and reliable. Great place!!!

They wasted my friends time, by call them and cancel his appointment. Really unprofessional behaviour, be aware of this place.

I have been going there for last 10 years but unfortunately will not be going there anymore. I booked an appointment for myself back in Mar2021 for March2022 for annual eye checkup. They Cancelled on me just couple days before,saying the Dr is not available! And rebooked me for the earliest available appointment which was 3 months away and was suppose to be on June30,2022 ! Guess what! Got another call june9 saying that Dr Mahal wont be available ! Like seriously ???? For both of the appointments I had to take a day off of work ! Dr Mahal needs to understand that not everybody has the previliage of running their own business and people work to live. If she has to take a day off, then atleast try to accomodate patients at their choice of time !! Completely pethetic!! Wont be going back to that office !!
