Dr .Amany Wissa Optometrist

Utter disappointment. They send me an email for appointment for my daughter on Sunday while they are closed. No response while calling them. While I am struggling with getting an appointment for my little daughter due to strike and all, this kind of callousness attitude is a shame.

I dont recommend. Dr got both mine and my moms prescription wrong. Advised the receptionist that it was wrong then advised the dr and could not get my money back. I dont recommend unless you want your eyesight to get worse. They also dont have a good selection of glasses to choose from. I am never coming back. Now I have glasses that make my eyes hurt and money down the drain. I was reached to reschedule an appointment twice. The second time I contacted the dr and she scheduled me and then cancelled and asked to reschedule on days I had already advised I would not be available. I do not want to come back so reaching out will be unnecessary. I have been wearing glasses for years and have never had this issue before. My mother also had never had an issue like this wife where the prescription was incorrect which sucks for glasses wearers because it just makes the eyes worse than it really needed to be. Again, I dont recommend and will not return. Thanks.
