        If you want to ruin your case hire him he doesnt know what he is doing he will put wrong date and you have to wait another one year at LTB DONT HIRE HIM HE IS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

        What a horrible experience we ever had he doesn't know, what he is doing. He forget in minutes about everything and file wrong application and forms then he defend himself that no it was an accident where in Lamdlord tenant board you have to wait for years. It was horrible experience with him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND DONT CHOSE HIM.CHOSE SOME YOUNG ENERGETIC GUY WHO HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LANDLORD TENANT BOARD.
