Pro Passport Photo

Clearly these guys dont know how to handle or even talk appropriately with people. The new girl there specially has no regards whatsoever of anything. I had got my photo clicked from them and wanted a stamp of the place. Their stamp or ink wasnt good and the stamp was smudged. They said their stamp was not good they have put an order for a new one. Went there 3 times called them 2-3 times, they do not even call people back even after saying that they would get back. And there was a different person everytime I went there and had to explain it every time as these guys dont have a proper system of communicating information. The new girl was so rude did not even have the courtesy to talk properly. Was not admitting her mistake and started with a very shrewd behaviour. Would never suggest anybody to go here. This was probably my worst experience

Their photo service is horrible even though they claim they have 12 years of experience. They don't even know for infants, they can lie them on a white blanket which is considered as the most sensible solution and btw it was adviced by Passport office too. They took photo Passport size photo of my newborn which got rejected at Passport office and they refused to take blame instead they put blame on my newborn. Heights!!! Shop owner is very rude and misbehaved every time I visited there. Stay away from this store.

BE CAREFUL. They do not tell price over the phone. Once you go, you get the highest price in Brampton. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
