Bovaird Pediatric Clinic

Coming in, you should feel welcomed especially having to travel really far to this clinic, but I felt the complete opposite. Instead of being welcomed in, my mom and I were immediately turned down for our appointment because we did not have a mask on hand at that very moment. They could not provide a mask, therefore we had to go somewhere to get one. Although we were told to bring a mask before hand, we were in a rush since this was after school and did not want to get caught in traffic. We went home instead of going through the hassle of finding one since the people in the front desk were unintrested of our presence. This is only one of many issues we have with this clinic.

Staff is not helpful. The clinic doesn't care about its patient. You have to ask for a follow-up appointment after almost 2 years without check up... They don't respond to calls or text messages especially concerns about the medication. If I had a choice to find a specialist for my child, I would never choose Dr. Shah's clinic.

I have a good experience with Dr. Hon Ng, detail oriented. Understand the needs of my son and properly addressed.

Rather difficult to review a place that constantly reschedules or cancels your appointment the day of or before. Brought my child here for a 1st appointment in October, follow up appointment was scheduled for Jan. 10th. We literally pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes before the appointment time, and they were calling me to say, the doctor is running about an hour late, but you can just wait. Um, no, I cant?! Already changed my work schedule and pulled my kid out of school for no reason. The appointment was rescheduled for February 7th. They called February 6th to say they, had to reschedule for February 14th. This is the 2nd time Ive had to adjust my work schedule for NO REASON. Not to mention, the treatment my child received made their issue worse, not better. Most unprofessional medical clinic Ive ever dealt with.. and thats saying a lot in Brampton.
