My husband & I heard noises on the 2nd floor roof of our TH sometime towards end of March. My husband contacted 3 companies & only Tony replied back same day. He arranged to come take a look at our issue on Mar 30th. First off Tony is "on time" when he says he'll be there a certain time, he arrives on the dot, or 10 mins early. You can tell he is expert at this trade cuz he found the entry point of the animal (raccoon) within the 1st 15-20 mins of inspecting our roof. He also went on our attic, and checked any evidence of a mother raccoon or babies. Thank goodness in our case there are none. He installed a one way door on the entry point the same day. He is very thorough & does not rush the job. After 2 days he called & followed up. He was back today Apr 9 when I called to inform him that I heard a noise again. He was at our TH within 2 hrs of the call, inspected the roof & found a new entry point on our neighbor's roof. He took a video & even went to talk to our next door neighbor to inform them of what he found. He went up the attic again, took a video; showed & explained what he saw. He answered our questions the best he can & suggested we find a handy man that can help secure all 4 points of the soffit on our unit to secure our unit for good. He is very personable, professional, and the quality of his work is exceptional. He is also considerate wearing a mask & a shoe covering when we went inside the house.
