Service was great and to the point. I am new to this hot tub experience and Paul was kind enough to answer all my questions and finished the required job on time and in an efficient way! He knew what he was doing and i will highly recommend him for your hot tub service/cleaning.

Paul salvaged my hot tub after my mistakes when I emptied it for the winter months. Several of my pipes and manifolds were broken by ice and he systematically and carefully replaced them. He arrived at my home to the minute when he said he would. In fact, he did everything exactly as he promised. And he taught me some new ways of looking after the tub. He's my new "hot tub guy". Highly recommended.

Had a problem with our hot tub that my current company couldnt fix.. Paul to the rescue!! Fixed the problem and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! Paul is my new hot tub guy! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We had an issue with our hot tub drain leaking. Spoke with Paul at FlowPro Services and he showed up on the same day, on time. He fixed the issue with the leak during the same visit. Paul was very knowledgeable and efficient. Fair price, excellent service, job well done!

I was having hot tub issues and he was able to arrive at a time that worked for me, diagnosed the problem, (seized pump), ordered replacement parts, replaced the pump, and put everything back exactly as it was. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. If I run into similar issues in the future, he will be the first person I call.
