Its been 6 months and I havent received the deposit money yet they keep promising every week that they will send a cheque but it seems like they dont care

I moved out from the apartment in September 2022 and I am still waiting to get my deposit back. Good thing they are at least replying to my emails and everytime they say our accounting department will send you the cheque.

It was a great support from Drake Property Management, particularly, Jennifer helped smoothen the move-in process a lot. She was very friendly and helped me understand the process thoroughly and thereby giving us the confidence to proceed. Appreciate all the support !!!

Jennifer, the leasing agent, as well as the admin staff were incredibly helpful and supportive! They were so willing and eager to answer my questions and provide any and all support during the application and rental agreement process. An absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing to work with them!
