I'm so glad my friend recommended using Air Co-Host to me. I worked away from home for months and used this as an opportunity to rent my place in Toronto to generate extra income. David and Mitul were outstanding in walking me through the process and getting my place rented regularly through the months I was gone producing terrific secondary income for me. They took care of all the details and really, left me little to no work at all except for a few necessary inquiries from time to time. I loved the fact that I really never had to deal with any of the clients renting the place at all as David and Mitul handled all communication with the renters. The Air Co-Host team has provided us with exceptional service! Air Co-Host is a very good business. They invested a lot of time up front to help me set up my unit properly, and their projections for income turned out to be quite accurate. Were super pleased that we chose this team to manage short term rentals in our home while were away travelling for the year. The entire process; from initial meeting, getting the house rental ready, all communication, payments, addressing concerns, ect has been very smooth and professional. We are very confident that they are on top of everything- that our home is being taken care of, while also being rented out to the max ability to respectful guests. Definitely recommend.
