Gray Matter Health

Marci Gray was the keynote speaker at Peel Regions 2023 BHM event and captivated an audience of more than 750 attendees. Her ability to succinctly explain the impact of colonization and colonialism on black people in the past and present was powerful. Attendees left with a clear understanding about how racism and discrimination negatively impacts the psychological health and safety of racialized people and challenged our leaders to understand their role in creating safe spaces. She introduced new concepts and tools, which will help us continue our efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace and we are so grateful that she agreed to be part of our learning journey!
