Here are the things that he did for us 1) the moment we tasked Tejvir to sell our home, he did thorough research on market conditions and gave us a proper suggestion on pricing, the timing of the listing, detailed action plans on how he would sell the property, marketing both online and live. 2) Gave accurate ideas on what kind of absolutely necessary improvement and renovations needs to be done to the home to sell for top dollars in this market conditions 3) Complete overview of what happens after listing, how homeowners should prepare for showings, etc. after the listing, he was very diligent in providing periodic status updates. 4) he also has an excellent selling package which included, Staging, pictures, and references of contractors for reno works. The staging and pictures were top-notch and professional. Tejvir is a realtor whom you can completely trust and he is very transparent in all his communication and transactions, we were very glad that we selected him for both buying and selling for the properties this year, the services he rendered for both were top notch. he ensured smooth closing of both the properties and he constantly communicates the status and keeps you up to speed and honest, he has a very good bargaining skills and it will come in very handy if you are in a multiple offer scenario, I would recommend Tejvir for any of our friends and family and wound not hesitate to use his services again.
