As first time home buyers we walked in with zero knowledge of the process. We had limited funds and very little time to find our dream home which is a lot to ask someone to find us in this current market. His positive attitude and experience made all the difference. Darren was so patient and understanding. He went above and beyond to always make himself available for late night calls and viewings as we were only available after 7pm and Sundays! He went above and beyond ALL of our expectations! When we booked any viewing, he always came with comparable houses that had sold and a wealth of general knowledge of the area (good and bad but ALWAYS 100% honest) to help us make our decisions. I am so grateful that we had him in our corner. I would recommend him to anyone who asks!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - We were in desperate need of a Realtor to help with the sale of our condo and the purchase of a larger property in Brampton. Darren came highly recommended and did a tremendous job finding my small but growing family, the perfect HOME (not house). At the time I was pregnant and easily frustrated viewing several houses per day. Darren took our vision and budget and made it happen. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and even more importantly, he was honest and direct when advising us of new changes in the market and the challenges we may face with our set budget. Darren even went above and beyond by sourcing a storage unit and the necessities needed for our move (e.g. boxes, tape, etc.). After we moved into our HOME, Darren still made himself available for any questions and to provide guidance. For him it was "whatever makes it easiest for YOU."
