His expertise and knowledge allowed me to save money on areas I would have missed. Steve is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. He really care about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood. He was extremely helpful in this difficult process which spanned out a couple of years unfortunately but he was always super patient and kind to us. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Steve made the nightmare that is finding a house in Brampton a breeze! We would like everyone to know about the incredible experience we had with Steve Basra during the sale of our home. From the moment he came to our house to get the process started, Steve worked tirelessly to get the job done. We had several projects we wanted to complete before going to market and Steve was extremely resourceful with several teams who work with him to complete renos, painting, electrical work etc. Within days he had these teams working to meet our deadlines. He is a "one stop shopping" expert! All work was done quickly and professionally and we sold our home within two and a half days well above the listing price. Steve did an awesome job in helping us prepare to sell our home and in the actually selling process. In terms of preparation, he offered a number of insights on what needed to be done and was also able to recommend contractors that he works with who were able to complete the work on our timeline at reasonable cost. He was super knowledgeable about our market and he and his team made scheduling the showings painless! I really liked his approach in allowing preemptive offers as this allowed us to gather pricing information during the showings, which meant that we were able to trigger an early offer acceptance date and close things off 2 days sooner than we had originally expected. We have moved all over North America and I can say without reservation that Steve provided the best sellers agent experience we have ever had! He was a one stop shop for us, going above and beyond what other agents we have worked with were willing to do. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Steve for anyone looking to sell their home .
