Tanmeet is an amazing realtor and a super helpful friend now. We were first time home buyers and after disappointment with several other realtors, we came to know about her from FB from common reference. In all honesty, we hop around more then 50 properties as we were too picky about our soon to be 1st home, before finalizing our dream home and she was truly with us, sharing her feedback about each property, helping us with pros & cons (as were relatively new in market), keeping us updated about schools and other demographics. After 5 months moving into my new leased place, Im writing this review. Everyday I think i should give a review and one after the other happens. This is the impact Tanmeet had on me where I was grateful for someone who helped me at my time of need. Here is my story, I met Tanmeet on Facebook while looking for apartments. She showed me this beautiful apartment in downtown for which we had put an offer and the owner wanted someone to move in immediately and I could not due to my notice period with my previous landlord. I viewed my current apartment through another realtor whom I met on Facebook again. He tried to push me in taking another apartment that he showed and that was over my budget, did not have the facilities (locker) I asked for and was extremely arrogant all because I did not want to take the place he wanted me to take so he gets a commission. He forced me to sign the contract and said a few mean things. My current apartment does not give commission to realtors. I really liked my current apartment, this being my first time taking an apartment for lease by myself in Canada. I was not aware of the procedures. I reached out to Tanmeet for help and told her the whole story that happened to me. She patiently heard my story and applied for the apartment currently I am at. She took care of all the paper work and followed up with me for all the documents that I was collecting. She understands the clients and taking the best interest in my needs so I can call a place home even though there was no benefit for her to get me this place. She was very kind, always smiling, creating a positive environment, informative, honest, has great knowledge of the market and most importantly respectful. She is extremely responsive, when I had my panic attacks of me not finding a place, so provided me confidence and assurance. Im grateful to have found an amazing realtor at my time of need and going to refer you to everyone I know, because I trust you would find a home for everyone like you did for me. Thank you for everything you did for me. Hopefully next is buying a house for me!
