We listed our home with Jessi even with prices and home sales dropping rapidly due to the fears of the sudden interest rate hikes. However, Jessi had our home staged nicely which then generated a lot of interest resulting in a lot of showings. We eventually received an offer from a buyer who was low balling and we were prepared to reject the offer outright and not even bother responding. But Jessi calmed the situation and worked the deal. After some back and forth the offer was reasonably increased due to Jessi's negotiations and communication until the deal was made. So even though the market has taken a big down turn, if you're truly interested in selling your home it's worth your while to hire the most experienced broker who knows what they're doing. Absolutely anyone can list a home and wait for a buyer to come along. However not too many agents are then able to negotiate effectively to get your home sold! He's ethical, honest and very professional and uses multiple media platforms effectively, to get your home the most exposure. So it goes without saying that we highly recommend Jessi Sandhu
