        not recommended..these guys make millions off of people who work hard all their life to buy their dream house. They don't do thorough investigation and do not understand property architecture..so they will sell you a property with no prospect of renovations..Jay jhand and Manjinder singh did a bad job..no negotiation skills. Just focused on making their commissions..

        Dealt with AP Sidhu! And boy was it an experience. She furnished fraudulent documents for both parties, her clients as well as the property owner in a rental agreement. Anybody seeking her professional services be aware of her fraudulent practices just for her personal petty gains. Would be more than happy to share my experience with her future prospective clients via this forum. Disappointment is an understatement!
