        Horrible agent and company all together - would never recommend. The agents came into my home while I was away for a week and left ALL of my lights on in the entire house. After multiple discussions they finally agreed to pay the portion of my hydro bill for that week and then literally disappeared and I have never heard from them again. Very poor customer service. It has been months of follow up for them to flat out ignore my emails.
