It was a bizarre experience visiting the office. I visited the place based in google ad regarding a property in brampton. The realtor refused to share any info regarding the property until I agree to sign on a OREA form to work with him as my realtor. When most of this listing info are already MLS and different website, he keeps asking me to sign a form before having a proper introduction. Desperate realtors desperately looking to lock clients.

Jas helped me find my first home and he was so helpful and patient in the process. He actually showed us around 50 properties and gave his honest advice. He guided us throughout the purchase and explained us each and every detail. If given a chance , I will definitely get his 5 star services again.
